  • Parcel Select SurePost - 1-6 business days
  • UPS Ground - 1-5 business days
  • UPS Second Day Air - 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day
  • International - options will vary - find out at checkout
  • These transit times are only estimates and can vary depending on many factors

Shipping Notes

  • All orders ship Monday through Friday from St. Paul, Minnesota. Please allow approximately 1 additional business day for processing
  • Personalized items take an additional 3-5 business days to process
  • Our offices, including our shipping facility, observe most major national holidays
  • Orders placed after 11 AM CST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday
  • We assume no responsibility for UPS or USPS shipping delays
  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility
  • UPS can only deliver to PO boxes through UPS SurePost (Parcel Select Surepost)

Cancellations/Modifications

  • Need to cancel or make an adjustment to your order? Email support@shop.stylemepretty.com or call us (888-235-0484) right away and we'll do our best! Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse. 

Promotion Terms

  • From time to time, we may offer promotions related to shipping fees (reduced shipping, free shipping, etc). Those promotions are limited to standard shipping on orders sent to addresses within the contiguous United States

Our Return Policy

  • Items must be in original condition with the packaging intact to be refunded
  • Returns must be within 30 days of the order date
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping
  • We're not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender- so check that info twice
  • Personalized items are not returnable
  • We will refund your account within 1 business day of receiving it
  • Shipping costs are not refundable 
  • Include your packing slip or order receipt so that we can identify your order
